Morrow is a personal app for recording daily moods and milestones and viewing life progress. Life progress uses the dates and lifespan you set; it does not predict how long you will live.

Contact us [email protected] Tell us what happened and include your app version, iOS version, and device model. Screenshots can help; please remove any personal information first. You can also email us from Settings → About → Send Feedback.

Subscriptions and purchases Morrow Pro offers monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. Check the purchase screen for the current price and any trial you are eligible for. To cancel or manage a subscription, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. To restore a purchase, open the Pro screen in Morrow and tap Restore Purchases. Use the Apple Account used for the purchase. Deleting Morrow or its data does not cancel your subscription. For refund requests, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com/. Apple handles these requests.

iCloud sync Sign in to iCloud on your device and check your internet connection. Personal iCloud sync requires Pro. If a sync error persists, send us the error message and the steps that led to it. Avoid deleting the app as a troubleshooting step before checking that your records are safely stored.

Family features Creating a family in Morrow requires Pro. Invited members can join and check in without a subscription. Family invitations and shared records use iCloud. A family in Morrow shares check-ins. Apple Family Sharing shares eligible subscription access. These are separate groups; joining one does not automatically join the other.

Deleting data In Morrow settings, open the data section and choose Delete All My Data. This removes Morrow’s local and widget data and requests deletion of its iCloud records. Cloud deletion needs an iCloud connection; if it fails, follow the in-app message and retry. For family creators, this also dissolves the family. For members, it removes their profile and check-ins and leaves the family. This does not delete your Apple Account or cancel a subscription. iCloud 同步 请确认设备已登录 iCloud，且网络连接正常。个人 iCloud 同步需要 Pro。如持续报错，请将错误提示和操作步骤发给我们。在确认记录已妥善保存前，不建议通过删除 App 排查同步问题。

家庭功能 创建朝夕家庭需要 Pro，受邀成员无需订阅即可加入和签到。家庭邀请和共享记录通过 iCloud 完成。 朝夕家庭用于共享签到；Apple 家人共享用于共享符合条件的订阅权益。两者是不同的群组，加入其中一个不会自动加入另一个。
